I have created this group for a special purpose.
In my last few years of practice, and interaction with fellow practising CAs across the length and breadth of our nation, I have noticed one common problem with all practising CAs that they do not get good article staff as and when required at their offices, particularly, considering the aspect that most articles expect leaves
before their examination. On the flipside, on interaction with my vast friend circle of CA pursuing students, i find that they do not have any strong source of information regarding availability of vacancy of articles/audit staff at CA firms. I along with few of my other CA friends did some brainstorming on this perennial problem, and devised a solution that if a database can be prepared, with regular
updations of demand of articles from CA firms and supply of articles from coaching classes/CA institute/student groups, this demand and supply can be matched thereby providing good service to profession and CA student community at the same time, with a win win situation for
both.
