2200-0000           Your mind gets FOUR hours of rest(in TWO hours)
0000-0400           Your mind gets FOUR hours of rest(in FOUR hours)
0400-1200           Your mind DOES NOT  get any rest
                            (irrespective of how much  you sleep.)
